Responsibilities and Duties
As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client interactions via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries, address concerns, and provide solutions
- Booking appointments on behalf of our clients to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Problem resolution and conflict management to maintain a positive and professional tone
- Excellent phone interaction skills to build rapport and trust with our clients
- Coordinating with photographers, processors, and office staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

- Customer Service experience in a fast-paced setting: You'll need to have experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment to succeed in this role
- Attention to detail and accuracy: You'll be handling sensitive and confidential information, so attention to detail and accuracy are critical
- High school diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role
- Strong computer skills: You'll be using our CRM system and other software tools to manage client interactions and bookings
- Pass background check: We require all team members to pass a background check to ensure the safety and security of our clients and team members
- Texas resident: You'll need to be a resident of Texas to work with us, as we're a Texas-based company
Pay and Benefits
As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you can expect:
- Competitive hourly rate: $14.20 per hour at start, with a pay increase to $15.00 per hour after successful 60-day probation
- 40 hours per week: You'll be working a standard 40-hour week, with opportunities to work additional hours as needed
- Eligible for benefits: After successful probation, you'll be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, and work-from-home flexibility
