Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our 3rd shift team at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating production and incentive dollar reports, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot errors. Key Responsibilities
* Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors (65% of time)
- Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
- Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time)
- File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time)
- Perform other projects as assigned (5% of time)

* Technical/Functional Competence: Proficiency in data entry software and systems, including Blue Chip
- Drives Results: Ability to meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Analysis & Judgment: Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot errors
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications and Special Skills Required
* Previous clerical/administrative experience
- 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
- Good math skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
- Good interpersonal skills
