The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. You'll work closely with our team to drive sales, meet performance expectations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. With a focus on creative problem-solving, you'll navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts, maintain records, and provide effective and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer service calls, emails, and chats, ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades

  • Use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
  • Navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts, maintain records, and provide effective and timely resolutions
  • Provide personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
  • Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Collaborate with our team to drive sales, meet performance expectations, and resolve customer issues

What You'll Need

* 1+ years of call center or customer service experience

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation (day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours)
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple tools and systems
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)

Work from Home Requirements

* Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs)

  • Established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
  • AT&T will provide all necessary equipment (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.)
  • Compliance with WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.)
  • Participation in workspace audits (remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)

* Competitive hourly rate ($15.54 - $17.36) + additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met
