Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers and identifying their needs to provide tailored advice on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
- Processing new and/or amended enrollments while ensuring that our clients' customers receive authentic and positive experiences.
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, building relationships, and making a difference in the lives of our customers.
- Working with both English and Spanish speaking customers to provide exceptional support.
- Collaborating with our team to resolve routine problems and provide information regarding various client products and services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- An active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license.
- The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with a test required to assess your language proficiency.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- A passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature.
- The ability to pass a background check.
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence.
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Certification in customer service or a related field.
