Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer calls, emails, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that service issues and concerns are treated with respect and professionalism.
- Effectively resolve routine issues related to residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues.
- Enter service data into computer systems and log information about customer service interactions to track service inquiries and resolution.
- Receive and review individual performance metric reports and action plans with manager to understand individual performance.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
- Participate in internal meetings and trainings via video conferencing.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
* 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience.
- Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems.
- Certification in customer service or a related field.
- Bilingual skills in additional languages.
Working Conditions:
* Remote work arrangement, with the ability to work from home.
- Equipment provided by arenaflex, including computer, headset, and other necessary tools.
- Employee must provide a hard-wired internet connection and a distraction-free work environment.
- Minimum internet requirements: Ping/Latency 100ms or less; Download 25MBPS; Upload 5MPBS; Packet loss 0% (Cannot use: Mobil hot-spot, tethering, or Satellite ISP service).
- Employees are required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
Training and Development:
