Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Meeting sales objectives as defined

Qualifications

We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess the ability to type 25 wpm
  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED
  • Be comfortable using a desktop computer system
  • Demonstrate proven oral and written communication skills
  • Have a minimum of 6 months of call center experience (preferred)
  • Possess logical problem-solving skills
  • Be available to work various shifts
  • Be able to use Windows operating systems
  • Demonstrate organization and work prioritization skills
  • Have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience (preferred)
  • Be able to work independently
  • Be able to stay composed and objective
  • Possess strong listening skills
  • Demonstrate superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you must meet the following internet requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
