Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information
  • Developing knowledge of credit customer service industry practices and applicable regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1 Year of related experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to deal professionally with customer issues, problems, and questions
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate relevant information
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent phone skills and the ability to document calls and account activity clearly
  • PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in the credit card or unsecured lending industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
