Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting MHE merchants regarding information management
• Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
• Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures
• Serving as a liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
• Supporting all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
• Supporting LAN (Local Area Network) design
• Carrying out all future updates of software
• Coordinating stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and reporting usage to MIS
• Regulating nonexempt staff
• Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users
• Managing and monitoring end-user access and permissions and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in a delivery climate (on-site)
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job has been updated to be a remote work opportunity)

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen
