Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customers' needs
- Providing detailed information about products and services, including appointment scheduling and lead generation
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our clients' ever-evolving products and services
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience a plus
- A positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Gaming experience is a plus
