Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks (30%) + Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making + Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%)
+ Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data marts + Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively + Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail (20%)
+ Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards + Collaborate with data engineers to develop and implement data governance policies + Participate in data quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Foster additional technical capabilities and domain expertise within the core functional team (20%)
+ Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases + Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain domain-specific knowledge + Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and domain expertise
- Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall plan (10%)
+ Develop and maintain business cases and ROI analyses + Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions + Participate in business reviews and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations

Essential Qualifications
* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks
- 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluation, and estimation
- Earlier direct involvement in analyzing significant topics (e.g., Inventory network, Marketing, Projects, etc.)
- B.S. in Software engineering, Math, Designing, Finance, or related quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Certification in data science, data engineering, or related fields
