You will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, as long as you commit to working at least 10 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage live chat messages on arenaflex's website and social media pages
- Respond to incoming inquiries from customers via live chat, providing timely and effective support
- Handle customer inquiries about support and sales, resolving issues and providing solutions
- Work independently, following provided steps and instructions to ensure high-quality customer support
- Maintain a reliable internet connection and access to social media and website chat functions
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless customer support and sales support
Requirements
* Device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
