Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Remote Data Entry Position at arenaflex

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions, including registering sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping counters and floors clean
- Assist pharmacists with tasks such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
- Perform administrative tasks, including processing manual cases for outside program remedy services and performing other duties as assigned
- Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays
- Assist with division of food items and product placement as determined by strategies and methods
- Provide customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine
- Take on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders and processing requests
- Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store condition and appearance
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and hardware
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6+ months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous experience with Walgreens or a similar company
- Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
- Proficiency in PC skills and knowledge of store stock control
- PTCB certification
