Your Role in Detail
As a Text Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers through live chat on our clients' websites. Your primary goal will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. You'll work independently, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to address a wide range of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications:
