Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Travel Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of travel planning, from destination selection to booking flights, hotels, and tours. Your passion for travel, combined with your exceptional customer service skills, will enable you to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Travel Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique travel preferences and goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences
  • Researching and recommending destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
  • Designing personalized travel itineraries that cater to individual or group needs
  • Booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services using industry tools and resources
  • Providing expert advice on travel requirements, such as visas, travel insurance, and COVID-19 guidelines
  • Assisting with resolving travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Staying informed about travel trends, destination updates, and industry news to provide current recommendations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reside and able to work in the United States, Mexico, Australia, and the United Kingdom
