Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to offer troubleshooting advice, ensuring seamless technical support.
  • Ability to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor at all times, providing a positive experience for patients and caregivers.
  • Ability to handle sensitive calls and de-escalate emotionally charged situations, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
