Job Summary

As an Experienced Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions, and ensuring that all customer needs are met with a smile. You'll work closely with our team to provide top-notch service, resolve customer issues, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions

• Anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
• Provide accurate pricing information, take complex customer orders, and assemble parcels for shipping
• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
• Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability
• Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage
• Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
• Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits
• Follow arenaflex standard operating procedures, as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
• Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
• Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in print, signs & graphics, and shipping

• Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $18.55 - $21.81/Hr
