About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work from home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding our products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Open availability (this is a seasonal position)
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and database management

* DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable) * Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher * While working, you will be required to hardwire with an ethernet cable
