Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information regarding products and services through live chat
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Meeting or exceeding performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
