Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation, if applicable (for driver positions)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-casual or retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business, hospitality, or a related field
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, a plus
