Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate information about products and services
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 minutes

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): Maintain an AHT of 5 minutes or less

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with customers through online chat, providing clear and concise information about products and services.
  • Previous customer service experience: While not mandatory, previous customer service experience is preferred, as it will enable you to understand the needs and expectations of our customers.
