Job Summary

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our team to correct inaccuracies, validate output, and maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Correcting inaccuracies and validating output to ensure data accuracy and integrity

  • Maintaining an efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Inputting alphanumeric data from source documents accurately and efficiently
  • Keeping sensitive information confidential and adhering to data protection protocols
  • Reviewing and making corrections to entered information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Completing support tickets generated by staff within the scheduling system
  • Validating the accuracy of existing data through periodic audits
  • Preparing and filtering data to be aggregated for reporting
  • Reviewing time-sheets for accuracy and reconciling discrepancies
  • Resolving inconsistencies by contacting the source for clarification

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits
