Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages
• Handling high-volume calls and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilizing arenaflex's solution information system to enter patient and medication data, and process new patient enrollment
• Handling patient medicine demands and entering top-off orders for handling, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
• Investigating missing medication data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
• Resolving data entry-related issues and special cases
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely
• Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
• Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days, and maintaining a valid license or certification

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online

• Basic web search skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Writing in URLs in the address bar + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

• Basic keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing reports

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacist with a valid license or certification from the state or a recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Designing reports

• Familiarity with Spanish and English
