Job Summary

As a Hybrid Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems using various data entry devices and software applications. You will work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our data, following standardized procedures and guidelines. With the possibility of working remotely after training, this position offers a unique opportunity to balance on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals

  • Verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy
  • Follow a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the operation of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and systems
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software applications, such as Excel or Access

  • Familiarity with data entry devices and equipment
  • Previous experience in a staffing or employment agency environment
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
