Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will set the tone for our brand. You'll be expected to:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Provide product information and help customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Up-sell and cross-sell products and services as needed
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
