Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving problems efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat

• Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
• Excellent listening comprehension skills
• Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Clear, professional, and friendly voice
• Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving problems efficiently and effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Spanish/English bilingual (a plus)

• Availability for both weekend days (a plus)
• Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (a plus)
