Job Responsibilities:
As a Manager, Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally
- Collaborating with marketing teams to identify ways of working on the efficiencies of our paid media spend and fostering revealing and examinations to casing and drive choices
- Developing and communicating custom detailing and examinations to illuminate our paid media technique
- Creating and maintaining KPIs and scorecards to track drive progress/execution and drive an emphasis on results and execution
- Playing a key role in supporting key direction by making and imparting custom detailing and examinations
- Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining complex data models and algorithms to drive business growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual who is passionate about data-driven insights. As a Manager, Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving business growth and informing key strategic decisions. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and models
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
