Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries from customers in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, provide clear and concise information, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work from home after training, with a block schedule that includes 2 weeks of work from home and 1 week in the office.
