Experienced HR Shared Services Representative – Workday HCM & Talent Management

As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes. Working closely with our local and global skills groups, you'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. Your proactive approach, customer-centric mindset, and top-notch stakeholder management skills will enable you to resolve employee issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
• Collaborating with our HR teams to develop and implement efficient HR processes and systems
• Researching and implementing new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
• Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge base for employees
• Assisting with the analysis, intake, and operationalization of new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
• Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool
• Demonstrated experience with Mass Uploads (EIB)
• Excellent project management, communication, and customer support skills
• Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems
• A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (desired but not required)
• Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist (a plus!)
• Experience with Zendesk ticketing system (a plus!)
