We're proud to support the Guardians, Airmen, and Government agencies assigned to Patrick Space Force Base, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, and Vandenberg Air Force Base. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Instructing customers on equipment operation and usage
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
  • Performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components
  • Completing system programming and optimization as part of the installation process
  • Providing on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting
  • Maintaining effective customer communications and relations
  • Working on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizing the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices
  • Assisting and training less experienced personnel

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent, plus advanced training

  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Ability to work afterhours/weekend telephone support on a rotating basis

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS)

  • Course completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10
  • Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on IT solutions and communications services
