As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving sales growth in our retail stores. Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with inventory management and stockroom organization

Qualifications

* Minimum Requirements: + Must be at least 18 years of age + Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future + Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License + Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion + Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or equivalent + Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales + Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
