Responsibilities

As a Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families. Your responsibilities will include:

Field Representative

+ Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals. + Educate and guide clients through personalized strategies. + Build lasting relationships and be a trusted representative for financial wellbeing.

Field Trainer

+ Mentor and develop new representatives. + Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement. + Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Branch Manager (VP of Operations)

+ Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values. + Inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers. + Drive initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

+ A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to build trust and rapport with clients. + Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in financial services, education, or coaching is a plus. + Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary Range

+ $24,500.00 - $187,500.00 per year.
