Job Summary
As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, troubleshooting issues, and employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to deliver exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
* Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve problems in both iOS and Android operating systems, using your technical expertise and diagnostic tools to identify and fix issues.
- Install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system, ensuring that issues are properly documented and tracked.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve recurring issues, and to develop strategies for improving our support processes and procedures.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in mobile application support.
Minimum Qualifications
* One year of professional experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support.
- OR Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees.

Preferred Qualifications
* Jira experience.
- ITIL Certification.
- Agile and scrum methodology experience.
- Government work experience.
- Apple and Google Play Store experience.
- Use of diagnostic tools and knowledge of diverse range of mobile device makes and models.
