Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk/Typing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in refining youngster support remittances in the SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, while also contributing to other responsibilities as designated. Key Responsibilities

* Refine youngster support remittances in the SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data processing and minimize errors
  • Maintain a high level of adaptability and flexibility to meet changing deadlines and priorities
  • Operate as a team member, while also working independently at times with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong understanding of policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including sensitivity, perseverance, and good behavior
  • Ability to pick up, research, organize, and assess information quickly and accurately
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility to meet changing deadlines and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Familiarity with the SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system or similar software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
