The Opportunity

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, answering inbound customer calls and providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and exceed their expectations. Our Work-from-Home Customer Service Specialists are the backbone of our customer service team, and we're looking for talented individuals who can provide a more human way to shop.

Your Impact

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll have a significant impact on our customers' experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Offering additional products and services to customers on each interaction
  • Personalizing the customer experience through active listening and empathy
  • Resolving customer issues, including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Providing opportunities for customers to upgrade or purchase additional products
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:

  • Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, peers, and leaders
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens to assist customers
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and seek support from IT when needed
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed

Compensation and Benefits

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting rate of $15.00/hour
  • $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
  • $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday

System Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements, including:

  • Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
  • Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings

Your Training Schedule

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Your training schedule will include:

  • 8 weeks of training, Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am – 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm ET

Your Work Schedule

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll work a set part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Your schedule will include:

  • 5-day work schedules, working 4-hour set shifts
  • One weekend day and one weekday off
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
