Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our website and social media channels in a timely and efficient manner

  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with our latest offerings and promotions

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ hours availability per week to work as a remote Live Chat Support Representative

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
