Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing DMCA takedown requests and ensuring compliance with our content Community Guidelines
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat (Intercom) in a timely and professional manner
  • Reviewing flagged content to identify potential issues and improve content moderation pipelines
  • Handling payment disputes from customers, including refunds, chargebacks, and identifying fraudulent activity
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and community management

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
  • Experience with DMCA takedowns, customer support, and chargeback management is a plus
  • A team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the creator economy or a related field

  • Knowledge of content moderation and community management best practices
  • Experience with DMCA takedown requests and chargeback management
  • Familiarity with live streaming and messaging platforms (e.g. YouTube Live, Twitch, Discord)
