Key Responsibilities
As a Weekend Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as sales and operations) to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly
- Multitasking efficiently to manage real-time events and high volume entertainer, event staff, and customer interactions without compromising attention to detail
- Leveraging your computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively
- Managing scheduling changes and updates in a fast-paced environment
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our customer support processes and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience with in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in speaking on the phone with a clear and articulate communication style
- Strong multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and scheduling changes
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and support tools
