Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth package delivery. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Document delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
  • Partner with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will need:

  • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
