Job Summary

As a full stack data architect at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data architectures that support business applications. You'll work closely with our data engineering and data science teams to develop data models, data quality, and data governance strategies. Your expertise will help us improve data integration, data security, and data analytics capabilities, enabling us to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Architecture Design: Design and implement data architectures that support business applications, including data models, data quality, and data governance strategies.

• Data Integration: Develop data integration solutions that enable data sharing and reuse across the organization.
• Data Security: Design and implement data security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Data Analytics: Develop data analytics capabilities to support business decision-making, including data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure data architectures meet business needs and are aligned with company goals.
• Communication: Communicate technical data architecture concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
• Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor junior data architects and data engineers on data architecture best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related field. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, is a plus.
• Skills:

+ Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles. + Experience with data integration tools, such as Informatica, Talend, or AWS Glue. + Familiarity with data security measures, such as encryption, access control, and auditing. + Knowledge of data analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.

• Certifications: Certified Data Architect (CDA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Cloud Experience: Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Big Data Experience: Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
• Data Science Experience: Experience working with data science tools, such as R, Python, or Julia.
• Agile Experience: Experience working with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
• Leadership Experience: Experience leading data architecture teams or projects.
