Job Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, driving brand awareness, and increasing online engagement
  • Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase company and brand awareness, and drive website traffic
  • Being actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword research, image optimization, and content creation to improve search engine rankings
  • Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails, organizing their distribution through various channels, and analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Providing creative ideas for content marketing, updating the website, and collaborating with designers to improve user experience
  • Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.), identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations
  • Acquiring insight into online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date to ensure arenaflex remains competitive in the market
  • Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns

Job Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Excellent understanding of B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM principles
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Perfect knowledge of creative content writing, with the ability to craft engaging headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • BSc/BA in Marketing or a relevant field, with a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices
