Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Customer Service:

Providing outstanding customer support by answering calls, emails, and chat messages, helping customers with flight bookings, cancellations, inquiries about luggage, reservations, and general travel information.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshooting customer concerns and ensuring a timely resolution, always maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

Data Entry & Documentation:

Accurately inputting customer data and updating records in our systems to ensure all interactions are documented and tracked appropriately.

Collaboration:

Working closely with other team members and departments to solve complex customer issues and provide a seamless travel experience.

Problem-Solving:

Handling customer complaints with empathy, providing solutions while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Product Knowledge:

Staying informed about the latest arenaflex services, routes, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or relevant certifications in customer service, business, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

+ Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory. + Experience in handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email is a plus. + Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is beneficial but not required.

Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone demeanor. + Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. + Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). + Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while managing time effectively. + High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when entering customer data and tracking inquiries.
