As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll enjoy: * An hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for monthly bonuses and incentive rewards * Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training, complete with provided equipment to ensure your success * Access to our team member mortgage loan program and down payment assistance program * Tuition reimbursement and student debt repayment program to support your career growth * Flexible spending accounts for eligible childcare expenses, because we care about your work-life balance What to Expect: Job Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for: * Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day, providing exceptional support to our customers * Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information * Discussing customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, helping our customers get the most out of their mortgage services * Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing stress * Maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries, always prioritizing their needs What's Required: Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Associate I, you'll need: * A minimum of 6 months customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results * Call center experience is a plus, but not required * Must reside within 60 miles of the office location, ensuring easy access to our training facilities * Attendance required for the first 90 days of training, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our mortgage services and customer support systems * Availability to work during business hours after training, with flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs How to Stand Out: Preferred Qualifications If you have experience in a customer service role within the mortgage or financial services industry, you'll have a significant advantage.
