Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and support via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling products and services as needed to enhance customer experiences
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, including product details, pricing, and promotions
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (dependent on customer base)
