Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Health Insurance Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting arenaflex's health insurance operations by researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, data entry, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Research and respond to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently process customer information
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
- Evaluate customer situations, make decisions, and respond quickly to questions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhere to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards
Key Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED (education verification not required)
- 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment
- Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Requirements
* 1 year customer service experience
- 6 months data entry experience in an office environment
- Experience working with various lines of business, i.e., CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Skills and Competencies
* Strong data entry and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Ability to navigate and utilize various software applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
