Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* Ensuring a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Identify and address potential safety and health risks, and lead initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
* Mentoring and Coaching: Develop and mentor customer service representatives to improve their skills and expertise, and provide coaching and feedback to support their growth and development.
* Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with teams across the organization to identify and implement process improvements, and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and development, and apply this knowledge to drive business results and improve customer experiences.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service
* At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on leadership and team development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Experience with process improvement and change management, with a focus on driving business results and improving customer experiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential safety and health risks
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
* Experience working in the aviation industry, with a focus on customer service and leadership
* Knowledge of Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) and corporate policies and procedures
* Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* USPS clearance or ability to obtain USPS clearance
