Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving discrepancies and correcting errors in eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve complex issues and implement green resolutions
• Analyzing and reconciling eligibility records across multiple systems
• Monitoring and tracking records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems and address customer inquiries
• Identifying and resolving errors in multiple reports and documents
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and record studies
• Healthcare industry experience (desirable)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• Excellent verbal, trouble-solving, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
