Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving discrepancies and correcting errors in eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve complex issues and implement green resolutions
- Analyzing and reconciling eligibility records across multiple systems
- Monitoring and tracking records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems and address customer inquiries
- Identifying and resolving errors in multiple reports and documents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and record studies
- Healthcare industry experience (desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Excellent verbal, trouble-solving, and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
