Utilize deep knowledge and understanding of the sports industry to effectively manage accounts. Communicate with sellers to understand their needs and provide solutions to drive sales. Negotiate with sellers to secure favorable terms and agreements. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new initiatives to improve the sports category on eBay. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions. Create and deliver presentations to sellers and internal stakeholders. Act as a brand ambassador for eBay at industry events and conferences. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the sports category.
