CRM & Project Operations Associate (Remote) Company: Target Integration Inc Location: Remote (Supporting US‑based clients) Schedule: Monday–Friday (PST‑aligned hours) Compensation: USD $20,000 – $30,000 per year
About the Role
Target Integration Inc is looking for a CRM & Project Operations Associate to support our growing CRM implementation and client operations work. This entry‑level role is designed for early‑career professionals or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, client coordination, and project operations. No prior CRM experience is required. We provide full training, structured onboarding, and ongoing mentorship . If you are organized, communicative, and motivated to build a career in CRM consulting, SaaS operations, or project management, this role offers an excellent foundation. Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Project Operations
- Support CRM projects from planning through execution and delivery
- Assist with task tracking, documentation, and milestone updates
- Learn and work with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and similar tools
Client Coordination
- Join client meetings alongside senior consultants
- Capture meeting notes, action items, and next steps
- Communicate updates clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients
Sales & Pre‑Sales Support
- Assist with CRM demos and presentations (training provided)
- Support proposal preparation and requirement documentation
- Participate in discovery calls to understand client business needs
Marketing & CRM Outreach
- Support CRM‑driven email campaigns and outreach activities
- Maintain lead tracking and engagement data within CRM systems
- Help prepare basic reports on campaign and CRM performance
Internal Operations
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records
- Track internal tasks, deliverables, and follow‑ups
- Assist with process documentation and operational improvements
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–1 year of experience or recent graduate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Interest in CRM systems, SaaS tools, technology, and client‑facing work
- Comfortable working remotely with US‑based teams
- Willingness to learn and grow into CRM Consultant or Project Manager roles'
