QA Engineer with Investran - Remote- investran exp a must

Please contact Renu Goel 857-207-2676 [email protected] Investran QA Engineer (Remote – EST Hours) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Investran QA Engineer to support testing and quality assurance initiatives for investment accounting and portfolio management systems. This individual will play a key role in validating system functionality, integrations, and financial data accuracy within the Investran platform. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience supporting or testing Investran applications in a financial services environment. This is a fully remote position requiring availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Investran-related applications and enhancements
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Validate investment accounting, fund accounting, investor reporting, and financial data workflows within Investran
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and operations teams to identify requirements and resolve defects
• Analyze test results, document issues, and track defects through resolution
• Support system upgrades, implementations, and production releases
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems and interfaces
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA/testing experience within financial services or investment management environments
• Hands-on experience working with or testing the Investran platform is required
• Understanding of private equity, fund accounting, investment operations, or financial reporting processes
• Experience creating and executing manual and/or automated test scripts
• Familiarity with SQL and data validation techniques
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing integrations between Investran and other investment/accounting platforms
• Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of ETL processes and financial data reconciliation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
