Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager located in Kawaihae, HI. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front office to ensure seamless performance and superior guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, enhancing customer service delivery, handling guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating office administration tasks, and supporting the overall guest experience to align with the resort's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office operations
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior experience in hospitality management or a related field
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive guest-focused attitude
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality technology platforms is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
